Each product page has a size guide with chest girth and back length. Grab a soft measuring tape and:

• Chest girth - measure the widest part of your dog's chest, just behind the front legs
• Back length - from the base of the neck to the base of the tail

Compare to the size chart on the product page. If your dog measures right between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up - most of our pieces have stretch and the silhouettes wear best with a little room.

Size up. The fabric is forgiving, and a slightly relaxed fit photographs better and stays comfortable on active pups. If you're still unsure, send us your dog's measurements through our contact form and we'll give you our honest recommendation.

Right now we carry S through 2XL for small and medium sized dogs. We're actively expanding our range and your input shapes what we offer next - let us know your dog's measurements and what you're hoping to see through our contact form!

See the Returns section below. Short version: as long as it's unworn and tags are on, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

All Chibiko pieces are shipped from Seoul, South Korea. Every item is made in Korea and packed by our small team.

We ship globally. Customers in Korea, please visit our Naver Smart Store for faster local shipping and pricing in KRW.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States & Canada - 7 to 14 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe - 7 to 14 business days
• Asia Pacific (Japan, Australia, Singapore, etc.) - 5 to 10 business days
• Rest of world - 10 to 21 business days

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Orders over $80 USD ship free worldwide.

Possibly - it depends on your country and order value. Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your Chibiko order total. We recommend checking your local import thresholds before ordering. If you'd like an estimate before placing your order, use the contact form to reach out and we'll do our best to help.

First, check the tracking link we sent you - international shipments sometimes pause in customs for a few days, which is normal. If tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, reach out through our contact form with your order number and we'll investigate.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any item that is:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With original tags still attached
• In original condition and packaging

To start a return, please fill out our Refund Request Form with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect - in which case Chibiko covers it. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can't issue a refund for returns we don't receive.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

We don't currently offer direct exchanges due to inventory and international shipping logistics. If you need a different size or item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order. Reach out and we'll do our best to help reserve the size you need.

We're so sorry - please contact us through our contact form within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (including the packaging if it was damaged in transit). We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

If your order hasn't been packed yet, yes - contact us as quickly as you can through our contact form with your order number. Once an order is in fulfillment, we can no longer modify or cancel it.

Specific care instructions are on each product page, but as a general rule:

• Hand wash is recommended or machine wash cold on a delicate cycle
• Use mild detergent, no bleach
• Lay flat or hang to air dry - no tumble drying
• Wash separately before first use
• Store folded away from direct sunlight to prevent fading

Many of our pieces have delicate details (ruffles, ribbons, shirring) that last much longer with gentle care.

Every piece is made in Korea. We source exclusively from Korean manufacturers because Korean pet fashion is some of the most thoughtful, well-made, and creative in the world - and we wanted to bring that to pet parents everywhere.

Yes. All our pieces use pet-safe fabrics and finishes, and we hand-select every product we carry. Specific material details are listed on each product page.
